Description
Dennis Dunton has utilized a 4x5 view camera and large format black and white film, most commonly known as the Kodak Tri-x, and now utilizes a digital camera. His work is uploaded to his processing computer and finalized in Photoshop, then printed on a Epson 4800 printer on archival Epson photographic paper. All images are mounted on and overmatted with 100% acid free ragboard.

Dennis Dunton taught photography at El Toro High School in Lake Forest, CA from 1973 until retiring in 2003. He has also taught adult education courses in photography.

Goals
My goal is to move away from the traditional west coast style of pristine landscape. I am interested in revealing the influence of the works of man on the natural world. I hope to provide a point of view which is unique, but still honors the photographers who preceded me and helped illuminate my path.
